Pearls Melba is sure that you will be happy with your purchases from us. However, if an item is found faulty due to manufacturing fault, and returned within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly refund or credit the full amount on return of the item to us.

Conditions

• Manufacturing faults only will be compensated. No refund or credit will be issued if the item has been misused or willfully damaged. This includes pearls that have not been cared for in accordance with Pearls Melba guidelines Caring for Pearls.
• Pearls Melba must be notified by email of the intention to return the item and the reason why.
• Pearls Melba must first grant permission via email for the item to be returned for refund or credit.
• Item is returned to Pearls Melba within 30 days of purchase.
• The cost of postage for return of the item is borne by the customer.
