ARE USUALLY THREADED on silk that stretches over
time. Sometimes they may not have been knotted, which allows
the pearls to rub against each other and wear out the nacre.
Have them expertly re-threaded
by Pearls Melba
Your pearls and clasp will be rejuvenated
in an ionic bath, then rethreaded.
Prices
- Rethreaded with existing clasp, without
knots between the pearls: $1.05 per centimetre.
- Rethreaded with existing clasp, with
knots between each pearl: $1.35 per centimetre.
Example: if your
necklace is currently 45cm and you'd like it rethreaded with
knots between each pearl, it will cost $60.75
